***All boats &/or equipment must be checked-in by a Cape Fear River Adventures' employee; otherwise, renter is responsible for all property damages and all losses to the boats &/or equipment.

Gift certificates are available.

All rentals include life vests and paddles. Life vests must be worn at all times. Available life vest sizes begin at 30 lbs. and goes up.

Waiver forms must be completed, signed, and returned with payment before canoes and kayaks are released.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

All North Carolina wildlife laws apply.

The historic, scenic shores of the mighty Cape Fear River are owned by individuals. Please respect the landowners and their privacy.
