Replacement Fee Schedule

Equipment returned in a condition it cannot be rented or Equipment not-returned (M.I.A.), a replacement fee will be charged as follows:

Canoe: $775.00

Kayak: $525.00

Paddle: $ 60.00

Life Vest: $ 80.00
Life Vests must be worn.

* * * All other uses will result in damage to the life vest.
Protect life vests from hot ashes and campfire sparks as holes are caused in the material.

Kayak Seat Covers: $15.00

Kayak Foot Pedals: $20.00

*** All boats &/or equipment must be checked-in by a Cape Fear River Adventures' employee; otherwise, renter is responsible for all property damages and all losses to the boats &/or equipment.

***Fees are subject to change without notice. This fee schedule is a partial list of items that will carry a replacement fee which will be determined at time of loss (see explanation at top of page).

Groups are welcome.

Gift certificates are available.

All rentals include life vests and paddles. Life vests must be worn at all times. Available life vest sizes begin at 30 lbs. and goes up.

Waiver forms must be completed, signed, and returned with payment before canoes and kayaks are released.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

All North Carolina wildlife laws apply.

The historic, scenic shores of the mighty Cape Fear River are owned by individuals. Please respect the landowners and their privacy.
